Welcome to my blog! i’m Alex and i have been completely plant based since early March of this year. I’m very enthusiastic about who i am becoming and how on my own, i contribute to society being plant based.

Venus Williams – tennis player
When the athlete was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, she realised it was time to make a change to her lifestyle.
“I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and I wanted to maintain my performance on the court.
Once I started eating a raw vegan diet, I fell in love with the concept of fueling your body in the best way possible,”

Lewis Hamilton – F1 racer
Six-time Formula One champion and vegan Lewis Hamilton is a vocal supporter of animal rights.
The British racer ditched meat and dairy in 2017 after watching the vegan documentary “What the Health.”
“Going to watch ‘What The Health’ tonight.
I’m on a mission to go vegan, people,” he wrote on Snapchat in September 2017.
He added he wasn’t just interested in going plant-based for his own health.
“Animal cruelty, global warming, and our personal health is at stake,” he explained.
Colin Kaepernick – footballer
he made the decision to go vegan in 2016 for ethical reasons, and says that he feels healthier for it.
Kyrie Irving – world famous NBA star
The 26-year-old won an NBA championship with his former team the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016, recently moved to the Boston Celtics, and is a five-time NBA All-Star (and counting).
Irving reportedly switched to a vegan diet after watching the Netflix documentary “What The Health.”
The BBC says his ability to dribble so fast is because of his plant-based diet.
