Want to upgrade your porridge game? This is the recipe for you!

Bringing spice to your morning… no literally, the cinnamon is the cherry on top!

Ingredients:

1 cup of organic oats
1 cup oat milk
2 tsp cinnamon

Toppings:

1/4 cup of frozen blueberries (a handful or 2)
1 medium sized banana (sliced)
1 Tbsp peanut/almond butter
1 tsp maple syrup
sprinkle of cinnamon

Method:

(Optional) blend your oats in a processor and pulse for 30 seconds.

When blended, grab your milk, pour into a small saucepan and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until it starts bubbling.
Add a tsp of cinnamon to the milk and stir occasionally.

Once bubbling, add your blended or whole oats to the oat milk in the pan and let it sit on low-medium heat for around 5-10 minutes

Whilst the oats are in the pan, get your frozen blueberries and microwave them for 1 minute or until fully defrosted and soft.
After that, slice your bananas.

Once your porridge looks fluffy, spoon it out of the pan into a bowl.

Place your blueberries on top (make sure to get the blueberry juice at the bottom of the bowl, its the best part)!

Get your bananas and place them around the bowl to form a circle.

Pour the maple syrup around the bananas and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Add a dollop of peanut or almond butter in the middle and serve.

ENJOY!!!
